A one-off commission when a client you introduce pays for their first project — then a share of whatever that client pays us every month after.

How it pays

Project commission

A one-off commission on a referred client's first project — the same rate whether that is a template setup or a custom build.

Of the initial project fee, ex. VAT: 20%

On a $399 Tier 1 setup, that is $80.

Paid once, after the client's first invoice clears.

Recurring share

A share of that client's monthly retainer, paid every month for as long as that retainer keeps running.

Of the monthly retainer, ex. VAT: 15%

On a $99/mo Tier 1 retainer, that is $14.85/mo; on Tier 3 at $349/mo, $52.35/mo.

Paid monthly, while that client stays on a retainer.

Bring 10 active clients, and your recurring share increases to 20%.

We approve you

If it's a fit, you get a referral link and a code to use.

You introduce the client

A warm intro by email, or they arrive on your link.

You get paid

Commission when their first project clears — then monthly while the retainer runs.

Terms

Payment happens after the client's invoice clears, not when they sign.
Commission is 20% of the project fee and 15% of the monthly retainer, both excluding VAT.
The recurring share ends when the retainer ends.
“Active” means a client currently paying a retainer — not one who has ever signed. The 20% tier applies while you hold 10 or more.
One attribution per client — the first referrer wins.
We may decline a referral for a client already in our pipeline.
Payouts require a valid invoice from you.

These terms are provisional and will be confirmed in the partner agreement before anyone is paid.
