About
The studio that keeps the mold.
Most small-business websites are dead on arrival — built once, admired at launch, then left to rot while the business they represent keeps cooking, cutting, and pouring. We exist for those sites. We take them apart and rebuild them as kinetic, conversion-grade experiences.
Then we do something most studios don't: we keep the mold. Every bespoke rebuild is stripped of its client specifics and cast into a template on the same design-token contract — so the next restaurant, café, or salon starts from proven bones instead of a blank page.
Performance is a brand law on the work you pay for. Client builds ship Lighthouse-90+ on mobile, hold sixty frames on a mid-range phone, and read instantly — or they do not ship. Concept casts are design demonstrations: they are poured in our own factory to prove a direction, and we publish their scores honestly rather than quietly optimising them into a claim. The craft is the marketing, and so is saying which is which.
Two founders. One agent network.
MICWEP is two founders and an internal network of AI agents we built for ourselves before we sold it to anyone — an intake, design, build, QA and publish pipeline that runs on the same architecture we ship to clients.
Every stage the agents complete stops at a human verdict gate: nothing reaches a client, and nothing goes live, until one of us has looked at it and approved it.
The craft loop is the part we do not automate — we read the rendered screens, score them against a written visual contract, and send the work back until it holds.
01
Craft
Editorial type, deliberate motion, nothing decorative that doesn't convert.
02
Tokens
One design contract feeds every build — change a value, retint a business.
03
Momentum
Each client build becomes a template; each template funds the next build.
