What exactly is in the DIY package?
The complete template codebase, the design-token contract, documentation, and a deployment guide. No license server, no lock-in — it runs anywhere Node runs.
Who owns the AI agents you build for me?
You do. The agent code, prompts and configuration are yours, delivered in a repository you control. We can operate it for you on a monthly fee, but that is a service you can end without losing the thing you paid to have built.
Does anything get posted without my approval?
No. Every retainer runs through an approval queue: we draft, you review, and nothing publishes until you approve it. The same human verdict gate we use inside our own studio applies to your account.
Can I upgrade from DIY to Setup later?
Yes. You pay the difference between tiers and we take over configuration, deployment and hosting of your existing purchase. (TODO(operator): confirm final upgrade policy.)
How does hosting work on the Setup tier?
We deploy to managed hosting, keep the platform updated, and monitor uptime. Hosting is billed alongside the setup fee. (TODO(operator): confirm hosting terms and pricing.)
What is the refund policy?
