What you can buy
You choose the size. The register chooses the contents. We do not photograph the arrangements — what fills them changes every week, so a picture would be a promise we cannot keep. The plates below are weather, not product.
The Jar

How a week is cut
Seasonal is a practice, not an adjective. It is three movements, done in the same order every week, and the order is why a stem holds for nine days instead of four.

Cut
Before seven, while the stems are still carrying last night's water. Anything cut warm is already dying.
- 02
Condition
Lower leaves stripped, stems cut again under water, then six hours standing in the dark before anything is arranged.
- 03
Arrange
Built on the bench the same morning, from whatever the register says is holding — not from a picture agreed in advance.
Standing order
Subscribe to the picking
You cannot choose what is in bloom, so choose how often it arrives instead. Every standing order is cut on the morning it goes out and is filled from the same register as everything else.

Wednesday is a cutting day, so the bench is empty and the door is shut. It is the reason Thursday’s register is the longest one of the week.
