   Someone walks the system top to bottom and writes down what is actually there — not what the last contractor said was there. That visit is job code ND-100 and it costs $89, whether it takes twenty minutes or two hours.

   We write the number

   

   Before a tool comes out you get the job code, the flat price, and two lists: what the number covers and what it does not. Nothing gets filled in afterwards, and nothing is billed by the hour.
